I have been invited to join another 199 illustrators to contribute to a tribute to Spirou, who's celebrating his 75th anniversary.
Here is my contribution… It took forever to get his face right, and I am still not entirely convinced… But deadlines being deadlines, I had to send it no matter what…………
The display of all the works will take place at the Maison de l'Image, in the Seed Factory, the private view being on the 23rd of October…
I'll then post some pictures of the other works!
And a special thanks to Romain, Fredji, Jean and Nasrine for their help with the idea, the composition, the references and the title...
